The Hanley 1 Bedroom Annexe features a dual aspect, light-filled kitchen/dining/living room, with floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Designed with families in mind, the layout of this annexe offers parents or children the opportunity to live independently whilst being close enough to the main home to enjoy time together.

Available in two sizes, The Hanley 2 Bedroom Annexe features an open plan, triple aspect kitchen/living/dining room with two double bedrooms, a shower room and in the larger two bed annexe, a utility room.

Perfect for members of the family who will enjoy having space for entertaining in addition to independent living, this two bed garden annexe has a layout that offers plenty of space for four people to sleep, eat and relax and a design that complements its surroundings.

The Hanley Annexe Kit can be ordered in one of three sizes or in a size to suit individual project requirements.

Our structural insulated panels are fabricated off-site to exacting standards, at our purpose-built manufacturing facility, using the highest quality closed cell EPS insulation and FSC certified and structurally graded orientated strand board.

Our garden annexe kits are delivered to the kerbside at your property and installed by your builder onsite to your desired specification.

Really, really pleased with it

Really pleased with it all and enjoy sitting and taking in the view, glass of wine in hand of course! We did new decking immediately outside of it, in order to open the bi fold doors fully as an extension to the room. All in all, really, really pleased with it.
