Our one- and two-bedroom granny annexe gives family members a self-contained place to live in your Berkshire garden. Built with our Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), they’re warm, efficient and quicker to install than a traditional build. You can choose from one- or two-bedroom models with options such as underfloor heating, decking and different exterior finishes.

Each project is designed to meet building regulations and managed by our team from planning through to installation. If you prefer a DIY or main-contractor route, we also supply flat-pack annexe kits across Berkshire.

The Ledbury one and two bedroom annexe models feature a spacious L-shaped design with one ensuite bedroom or two double bedrooms with a bathroom and utility room and a triple aspect open plan living space with glazing that allows natural light to flood in.
